Assembly documents

Composite budgets & fee schedules

The composite budget is the Assembly's principal public document. It sets out the programme of work for the year, the fee–fixing resolution and the previous year's performance. All files are published by the Ministry of Finance.

The 2023 composite budget is not currently available on the Ministry of Finance site. A medium–term development plan for the district is not published on the National Development Planning Commission portal. Both can be requested from the Assembly.
