Information you send us
The contact form and the issue-report form ask for your name and contact details, and for the message or problem you describe. We use this only to respond to you and to route your request to the right department. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores only your own browser settings needed for the site to work.
Chat assistant
The virtual assistant is an automated helper. Questions it cannot answer are saved, without your name, so the Assembly can improve its answers. Do not type personal or sensitive information into the chat.
Third-party services
Page fonts load from Google Fonts, the location map is provided by OpenStreetMap, and share buttons open the service you choose (Facebook, X, WhatsApp or email). Those services receive standard request information such as your IP address when you use them.
Accuracy of content
We aim to keep services, fees and notices current. For binding information, such as fee amounts and permit requirements, confirm with the relevant department. Photographs marked with a credit are used under the licence shown on the gallery page.
